The main tasks of this position are:

【②Machine Learning engineer】
BizReach is hiring Machine Learning engineers for working on its main products, such as ""BizReach,"" a platform for job seekers built around AI technology, ""HRMOS,"" an industry-leading human resource management platform for companies and Stanby, a job search engine.
As an ML Engineer, you will contribute to BizReach's innovations on the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions for BizReach's products. You will work on diverse range of problems, including data analysis and visualization, development and delivery of ML models, development of cutting edge AI/ML technologies.
The main tasks of this position are:
・Collaborate with BizReach product development teams to find the needs, the problems and propose innovative AI/ML features for BizReach products.
・Develop Proof of Concept and prototypes for new AI/ML features
・Collaborate with AI researchers and Data Scientist to develop AI solutions for our real world, large scale problems
・Develop and deploy ML models for BizReach products.
・Participate in world-class machine learning and data analysis competitions (optional)
・Participate in research projects to develop cutting edge technologies for AI/ML fields (optional)

■Technical Stack for ML
- Programming language: Python
We mainly use Python for the whole ML pipeline: data analysis, research & development, production's back-end
- Main data analysis & ML libraries: pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, Chainer, TensorFlow, PyMC
Many other Python libraries can be used, which depend on projects.
- Database: ElasticSearch, MySQL
- Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform

・Computer science-related technical background or equivalent practical experience
・Programming experience in one or more of the following: Java, Scala, Kotlin
・English: Business-level proficiency or above
・Japanese: basic/daily conversation level or above

【②Machine Learning engineer】
■Must
・English: Business-level proficiency or above
・Master degree in one of the fields: Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computational Biology, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
・Programming experience in one or more of the following: C, C++, Java and/or Python.
・Strong background in Machine Learning, Data Mining, Natural Language Processing or Recommendation or Computer Vision.
■Good to have
・Strong interest in Japanese culture, Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 or above
・PhD degree in fields as listed in the minimum qualifications.
・Experience working with popular ML and data analysis libraries such as: Scikit-learn, Numpy, one of the popular DL frameworks such as: Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, Chainer
・Relevant work experience, including experience working within the industry or as a researcher in laboratories, especially on the topics such as recommendation engines, NLP applications, chatbot.
・Participation in international AI/ML competitions (e.g., Kaggle) and archivement of top 10% or above in one of those competitions.
・Contribution to research communities and/or efforts, including publishing papers at conferences such as NIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR, etc.
